Recently an owner of 14 adjacent lots reached out to the camp asking if we would have any interest in purchasing the property. The only caveat was that we had to purchase all 14 lots.

The board of directors felt like the timing was perfect as we are working out details of a new master plan.

This property would create a greater buffer from the surrounding neighbors and give us greater flexibility to plan for the future.

As always, any capital improvement or land acquisition is funded by our very generous and supportive donors. The board is very intentional to keep camp affordable to kids.

The total purchase price is $100,000 or $7,143 per lot.
