Quaker Hill Camp College Age Summer Staff
Quaker Hill Camp and Conference Center relies on exceptional young adults to help us
during the summer months in beautiful McCall, Idaho.
Summer Staff have a variety of tasks including life guarding, housekeeping, dishes, food
prep, camp store, barista, grounds, ropes course, camp counselor, and photography/video.
Come join our team in the mountains as you are challenged to grow spiritually, physically,
socially, and as a leader! We hope you will consider serving with us!
*Completed application and all reference forms must be completed by the appropriate deadlines to be considered for employment. References submitted after May 1st will not be considered for employment.
Accepting Applications NowPay: $2,600 First Year Summer Staff Member
$2,800 Lifeguard / Facilitators / Returning Summer Staff$3,000 Returning Lifeguards / Ropes Course Facilitators
In addition to the stipend, Food, Housing, CPR/First Aid Certification, and for those expressing
an interest…Lifeguard Certification and Ropes Course Facilitation training will be provided. Opportunities to arrive early or stay post summer staff can be negotiated.
