Quaker Hill's 2004 Memorial Day work Weekend kicked off a major remodel/expansion of the dining hall. In just one weekend 40 volunteers completed framing of the 1,500 square foot addition --  complete with a 20 foot vaulted ceiling.

The expansion enables Quaker Hill to comfortably serve 225 guests at one time.
